//Memory\\ Pack Becomes {{Reality}} « Thread Started on Feb 27, 2008, 5:47pm »
A lithe male dog padded with even strides forward. His white paws hit the soft ground with soft crunches. Jonas looked around and saw just the tall grass swaying in the wind. His blue orbs flicked around and spotted no paths through the grass--no animals had been here in a while, not big ones. His nostrils took in fresh scents of mice, voles, and rabbits. This would be a great place to start a pack. There were no human scents, no other dogs, and plenty of prey. Jonas' ears flicked back with his head as he heard a whimper behind him.
Gabe lay sprawled down on the ground whimpering though his brown tail was in a whir. The older male padded over to the pup and gently lifted him up to his feet. Gabe's blue eyes matched Jonas' and they were filled with curiosity. The white pup's large paws kneaded the ground anxiously. Jonas let out a small laugh before speaking.
"Don't worry Gabe, there will be time to explore when we have more members. It's just you and me right now." His voice was kind and pleasant.
After speaking to tiny Gabe he lifted his regal head and let his beautiful and smooth howl echo around the lands. Gabe joined in with the same melody even though he had no idea what it meant. Jonas' howl sent out the message that said 'This is my land now. If you intrude beware unless you want to join. This is Memory Pack's land!' Jonas finished his howling and bent down to Gabe and gave him a small lick of love. The pup had been with him since he left his mentor in his previous land. This wasn't just Jonas and Gabe--it was Memory Pack now.

Accalica heard the warning of the howl. Her long, furry tail waved behind her. A male...... claiming a pack! Perfect........ She put her wet nose to the ground, and wafted the warm, breezy air. Accalica stepped back, and lowered her maw. She gently lifted her heavy head, and let out a long, beautiful song. 'I am Accalica, a female Shiloh Sheperd. I am of wishing to join the Memory pack!' She knew that the brute would be here soon, so she waited. Just, waited.

Jonas' ears pricked up as did Gabe's ears. The tiny white pup just stood. Jonas make a small motion with his tail to follow and soon the two dogs were bounding over the long grass. The mottled brown males fluffy tail was held up like a banner behind him and his odd blue eyes looked at the first glimpses of the femme in font of him. His white paws hit the ground faster now. Gabe struggled to keep up so Jonas slowed down as he neared the female.
As the three dogs came face to face Jonas was stunned that such a beautiful dog had approached him. His blue eyes gazed into hers. Jonas was about to speak when Gabe piped up. He bounced around the female yipping out his name.
"Gabe, Gabe, Gabe, Gabe..." The white pup danced around and said his name in a sing-sing voice.
Jonas looked at his little friend and couldn't keep his laugh in. His tail wagged slowly but he flicked his head back to the other dog. Her long fur was nicely groomed and she looked healthy--not that it mattered. Jonas had already decided he would take in any dog and heal it if need be. After all He and Gabe were abused and hurt at one point.
"I'm Jonas and as you probably guessed this is Gabe," He said pointed his tail to the puppy, "May I ask your name?" He said in a kind voice to the new arrival.

The femme wagged her large, and beautiful tail. She saw the two dogs aproach her. Accalica sat down, and looked at the two males. Hello, Jonas. I am Accalica. I am a wanderer, and I was of hoping to join your pack of Memory. She dipped her head, and brought it back up. Accalica smiled, then shook her long, beautiful Shiloh Sheperd pelt.

Jonas gazed at the femme's long coat with admiration. She was pretty and seemed loyal. She seemed kind also because she didn't seem angry or agitated by Gabe. Jonas quickly silenced the pup though with a warning glance. His blue opticals weren't mean though. Gabe instantly sat down and waited for Jonas to give him further instructions.
Jonas looked back to Accalica. He dipped his head and stood up. His long legs were still planted stiffly in the ground and Jonas stretched them out before replying. His maw opened and let out his answer.
"Welcome to Memory pack then Accalica. You are a wanderer no more. You will be deemed a soldier of Memory from now on." Jonas said this still remembering why he had called the group Memory. His gift was still a burden as he remembered his family, his sister, mother, father, and most importantly his mentor. Jonas quickly shook the thought away. But there was still a thought in the back of his mind. Who was to take on the memories he had?

Accalica smiled, and knew that Jonas wouldn't be disappointed. She dipped her head, yet again. Accalica looked over to the male known as Gabe, then she started to groom herself.

*A black and grey pelted wolfdog was trotting along what she noticed was another's territory. As she wasnt scared of any threat she might get from whoever heard. She took a deep breath and let loose a howl that could have gone on for hours asking in she could pass and that she meant no harm to anyone. after, she carried on trotting, at a faster pace this time. she like meeting new dogs after all.
quite far away from the others, she lifted her maw and sniffed the air. she had smelt something. a distant scent in the breeze. silverish blue orbs scanned the area, once again, nothing. so she carried on travelling to her destination.*

Gabe's tiny paws bounced around over the springy ground. His white pelt was clearly visible but only if you were to see him from above. His tiny pup size was too short to be seen above the ground and Gabe wagged his tail at another howl that came from far off. He flicked blue orbs at Jonas who was still talking to the new femme.
He noticed that Jonas hadn't heard the other howl so he sniffed the air to get a better scent and pounded through the grass at full speed. 'Soon I'll be the leader and be able to get dogs for the pack. I'll get a head start now!' Gabe thought to himself before flying through the grass swiftly. His blue opticals caught a glimpse of a form in front of him every time he jumped up in a leap.
Soon the small white and brown spotted pup got closer to the femme and slowed down. He could smell her all around but couldn't find a certain spot she was. Gabe let out a small whimper and then tripped over a small chunk of wood and fell through a bunch of grass. He looked up to a large wolf-like dog. Gabe let out a whimper and huddled up. He was lost and this dog was a wolf coming to get him.

*the wolf/dog looked to the sky to see if she could hear anything again, the sound of pitter-patters came from infront of her she looked to where she though she heard it coming from. she hadnt seen anything, as the femme turned her head to the side and up, she spotted a tiny tuft of white move around, then a whimper.
the wolf/dog hung her head over to the fur and found out that it was a pup. but the pup was scared of her? she started to talk in a soft voice to the pup, to say she didnt mean any harm* "hey little guy.. are you lost? there's no need to be scared" *she lifted her head back to give the pup some space* "do you have anyone to go back to? I could help ya..."

Accalica snuck after Gabe. 'Nobody, I repeat, NOBODY is going to ruin my chances of being Jonas' mate!' She let out a low growl, too low for Gabe to hear. Accalica was going to make this femme's life a living hell. When she approached the unknown femme, she flew past Gabe. Accalica raised her haunches, and made herself looking bigger and more muscular than she already was. I am Accalica, soldier of the Memory pack. Who might you be?

*the wolfdog had now left her guard down, she looked from the pup to a fury of fur headed towards her again. she jumped back with a slight growl, purely out of protection.* "I am Accalica, soldier of the Memory pack. Who might you be?" "my name is blizzard. and why the ferociousness? I was just exploring....." *blizzard spoke in a calm voice, but backed off slightly. her hackles raised too. she was one not to back down from a fight. but then again she didnt always start the fights. she was just merely a travveling wolf-dog that happened to want to join a pack. she held another growl in her throat if the femme meant harm*

Accalica looked at 'Blizzard'. Even though she was in a bad mood, she let down her hackles, but she still felt suspious about this wolf-dog. Accalica didn't trust wolf-dogs, because their loyalty is torn between two lives;; The free life, and the willwle (little) puppy life. As I said, I am a soldier. I can NEVER let my guard down. So, Blizzard, are you thinking about joining? Accalica perpously yawned, to show her large, pointy teeth, to dominate Blizzard.
